Shagufta
Perveen Associate Professor is
a Pakistani woman, Natural Product Chemist/Scientist by profession. She is from
a religious, modern, and well educated and patriotic family of Pakistan. Her
father's name is Muhammad Kamran Khan. He is Deputy Manager (R) from the civil
engineering department of Pakistan Steels Mills Corporation. Her mother's name
is mother Razia Khanum, and she is a beautiful housewife.
Most of her family members are
serving in the Government of Pakistan by working in different sectors. Some
family members are working in the Railway Department, Accountant General
Office, Education, Police, etc. She has started her early education from her
home town Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi. After that, she took admission in the The University of Karachi to complete her graduation in Organic Chemistry. She
secured the first division in her graduation.
ShaguftaPerveen got a
scholarship after completing her graduation from Higher Education Commission of
Pakistan. She joined one of the most reputed institutes of Pakistan
International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (HEJ Research
Institute of Chemistry and Dr Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug
Research), the University of Karachi for higher studies in Chemistry and
Biology.
She has always supported her
family. Her younger sister is also well educated and working in the same field.
She is very soft-hearted and very religious. She loves Allah and obeys all the
rules written in the Quran. She has two sons, fortunately, both are most
intelligent and active in extra-curricular activities. She believes in
humanity, community work and supporting nature.
